About the event
On 8 November 2025 at 3 p.m., Brazilian artist Edson Barrus Atikum invites the public to a discussion about his approach within the Manifestons ! experience. (residency from 27 to 31 October 2025 and exhibition from 6 November 2025 to 12 February 2026). Alongside Yann Beauvais and Bianca Dacosta, he shares a collective creative process where art becomes dialogue, sensory experience and a shared commitment to nature. A moment of exchange where visitors also become active participants in the creative process.
EDSON BARRUS ATIKUM was born in Brazil in 1961. A multimedia artist, his work is driven by cultural and ecological activism.
Exhibited in Brazil and in several international cultural venues including the Maison Rouge, the Centre Pompidou and Ygrec in Paris, he founded Espaço Bcubico in Recife with Yann Beauvais, dedicated to new media arts.
